The APP Only – Guess and Win (“Contest”) is a Contest made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”) on the mobile application of www.amazon.in (“Amazon.in App”). Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) before entering the Contest.
You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use to which you agree by using the Amazon.in website (hereinafter referred to as “Amazon.in”). To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail with respect to the Contest only.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.
This contest is not available on tablets and phones with Android version 4.4 and below.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:

1. This Contest will commence on 22nd June, 2017 at 00:00:00 am (IST) and end on 22nd June, 2017 at 11:59:00pm (IST) (“Contest Period”).
2. To be eligible for participation, during the Contest Period you must sign-in to or sign-up from an Amazon.in account on the Amazon.in App.
3. Once you have signed-in to the Amazon.in App, the relevant Participating Brands will post a Contest question on the Contest page on Amazon.in available at http://www.amazon.in/b?ie=UTF8&node= 13830176031. Such questions would be related to Amazon Fashion brands and will be in the format of multiple choice questions.
4. The participant would be required to correctly answer the Contest question posted during the contest, in order to be eligible for the draw of lots for the Contest.
5. Amongst all participants who answer the Contest questions correctly during the contest period 100 winners will be selected by a random draw of lots at the end of the such date, to win Rs. 1,000 worth of Amazon Pay balance, provided by ASSPL (hereinafter referred to as “Promotional Gift”).
   MAILING LIST:
   By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

OTHER CONTESTS:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

PRIZES:

There are a total of 100 (hundred) promotional gifts provided to the eligible participants by ASSPL to the declared winners at the end of the Contest Period.

MANNER OF PRIZE DISTRIBUTION:

1. Once the winner has been chosen in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, he/ she will receive an email on his/ her registered email id with Amazon, on or before 25/07/2017, containing the procedure for claiming the Promotional Gift.
2. The Promotional Gifts will be delivered to each winner directly within 60 (sixty) days of the end of the Contest Period.
3. By participating in this Contest, you expressly agree and acknowledge that Amazon shall not be held liable and/ or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any matter in connection with the provision of such Promotional Gift, including their delivery or quality or services in relation thereto.
   ODDS OF WINNING:
   Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘how to enter’ section above.
   PRIZE DRAWING:
   The drawing for selection of the winners of the Contest will be aggregated at the end of the Contest Period to select the participants eligible to win the Promotional Gifts of the Participant Brand. The winners will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more. The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Promotional Gift if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Each Promotional Gift will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in our sole discretion. If any selected participant does not respond back to any communications sent in relation to the Contest within the time period communicated by Amazon/ the Participating Brand, or answers incorrectly, he/she shall not be eligible to be declared winner of Promotional Gift. The selected participant will also be required to prove his/her age, failing which he/she will be disqualified from the Contest. In such cases, another participant will be selected by a random draw of lots who will further be required to answer the qualifying question correctly within a time period which would be communicated to the selected participant by Amazon, in order to be declared winner of the Contest.
